Dispatch / Delivery

All glassware is engraved to order, so although we normally get orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, it is important that you allow 3 working days for dispatch, especially during busy peak times.

If 24Hr Tracked Delivery is selected, the order will be put to the top of that day’s queue, and it will be processed as a priority but it does not guarantee same day dispatch or any kind of next day delivery.
